Alan and the butcher shop
Alan was born and grew up in the parents’ butcher’s shop from which he learned the ancient job of the butcher, in 1991 he opened his own butcher shop.

The steakhouse
In a small room adjacent to the Butcher’s Shop by Alan, the homonymous Bisteccheria was born, a warm, welcoming and comfortable environment born from the passion of Alan and his wife Emanuela for food, especially for the noble raw material: Meat.

Wine shop
We decided to open a part of the restaurant dedicated to the wine shop to let the wine taste the goodness of the wines associated with meat and quality salami.
